A very successful PR Agency is looking for a fantastic Team Assistant with a solid background. This is a busy role with lots of responsibility looking after a busy team in a Creative environment.
The role consists of coordinating meetings, dealing with correspondence, liaising with clients, getting involved with new business, preparing materials and press packs, internet research, assisting with presentations and general administration for projects.
You must be a team-player, extremely organized, intermediate/advanced computer skills, good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
