A unique and high profile Advisory body that has been tasked with delivering a major national government reform and rolling out a product that will affect the UK workforce are looking for a Pension Communication Specialist to shape the future and help take the project to its next stage….

The Role

- Pension Communication Specialists
- Senior role – reports directly to Head of Communications
- Work with the Head of Communication in the development of the communication strategy
- Responsible for identifying what communication products are needed for the launch, and when
- Responsible for the quality of the final piece of communication
- Briefing colleagues on the delivery
- Lead on dialogue process with potential suppliers/administrators of scheme once launched – work with bidding suppliers to ensure that communication requirements are fully reflected and understood

The Candidate



- Five or more years experience working in the development of communication products for pension schemes and employee benefits
- Either from a pension provider or who has a client facing experience of working with providers
- Background in translating information into effective and easily understood communications
- Familiarity with recent developments in the pensions industry
- Understands the nuts and bolts of pensions from strategy, marketing, processes through to logistics and technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communications
