ACCOUNT MANAGER - BRAND ENGAGEMENT AGENCY
Award-winning, multi-disciplined brand engagement agency is looking for an EXCEPTIONAL Account Manager to take the lead on a major telecoms account - fantastic role, with creative agency, working across the full range of brand communications, from internal comms to launches and brand loyalty activity.
The agency work across live communication, events, brand experience and interactive technology, and are known for their creative forward thinking and pushing the boundaries. It's an established account - a leading telecoms brand. At the core of your role will be all relationships - spending time and energy with the key client stakeholders, understanding their brand, their objectives. You'll work across all parts of the business - internal communications, retail, brand communication, reward & recognition. Consultative, proactive, creative, you're an excellent listener, able to identify the needs of the business, and with the strong communication and personal skills needed to manage the internal creativity of your team with just the right amount of steer. You'll become the agency face at the client offices, and secure major additional business as it arises.
This agency are not just looking for experience, they're looking for personality too! You're an engaging people person, empathetic, proactive, a natural networker, appreciative, able to make connections with clients and internal teams alike. The successful candidate will also bring:
- Strong agency experience
- Experience of managing client relationships at an advanced level
- Consultative, bright, finger on pulse of social media and current trends
- A listener, articulate, strong communicator, empathetic
- Proven ability to understand a brand and it's objectives
- Experience of working across a wide range of media, from event to digital
