They’re looking for an experienced B2B marketing communications manager to run multiple creative on-going marketing activities across Europe. You must have a keen interest in on line media and experience of both PR and managing internal/external communication projects.

The Role:
• European Marketing Communications Manager
• Report to European Marketing Director in the UK office - team of 3
• Collaboration with European and US offices
• Plan, develop and implement strategy to raise the profile of the company internationally through integrated marketing and PR campaigns
• Support EU spokespeople with press activities and in delivery of relevant content at events – EU-wide and securing thought-leadership opportunities
• Support senior staff and internal communications
• Manage European PR agency and oversee implementation of EU strategy via local agencies
• Create and manage content for all sales materials
• Work with PR agency to write content for monthly newsletter
• Identify news stores and opportunities for the business
• Ensure all messaging is aligned with group strategy
• Research and write stories for website – refresh and manage intranet
• Extensive media monitoring and news development and measuring effectiveness of communications
The Person:
• At least 3-5 years in B2B marketing communications role.
• Experience of both PR and managing internal/external communication projects.
• Proven background in producing highly effective, creative integrated campaigns across the whole marketing mix including PR that can raise the profile of the company as it grows and its brand and products undergo a major evolution.
• Be able to write and create engaging, interesting and relevant content
• Produce highly creative effective sales materials
• Proven background in on and offline marketing
• Interest and understanding of online marketing
• Big picture thinking but with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Team player and a desire to produce great work and have a real pride and love for what you do.
• Second language preferable – either French or German
