COMPANY
-Surrey/Hampshire offices with rolling countryside views
-Expanding agency but keeping small and friendly culture
-75% of their events are international

ROLE
-Overseeing development, production and delivery of events
-Managing AV, staging, design, sound and lighting elements
-Speaker and presentation management
-Managing suppliers
-Setting, maintaining and communicating timelines and budgets
-Travelling onsite to manage events
-Consulting new business and sales teams when pitching

CANDIDATE
-Experienced project manager with strong technical event knowledge
-Full understanding of Health & Safety requirements and risk assessments
-Strong client management experience
-Budget monitoring and management
-Car driver who lives within commutable distance of Hampshire/Surrey
