An international renowned ‘Energy Sector’ networking organisation is looking for a Sales Executive to be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities for International projects. You will be selling via exhibition sales and event sponsorship, magazine, journal and online advertising.
The Company:
· Leading authority in energy sector
· Offices in UK, USA, Kula Lumpa and Dubai
· The Society’s main aim is to collect, exchange relevant sector information through publications, events and exhibitions for their members.
· They produce meetings, workshops, conferences, exhibitions throughout the world
· Opportunity to travel!
The Role:
· Business Development Executive
· Responsible for selling products and services within the energy sector
· Managing lead generation processes
· Maintaining CRM database
· Liaise with regard to budgets and forecasts
· Measure and report results
· Plan ahead
· Represent the company at overseas exhibitions and conferences
The Person:
· Proven sales experience within exhibition and or media sectors – ideally from within the energy sector
· Ability to work on initiative and with minimum supervision
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written
· Strong desire to succeed in growing sector
· Be able to travel up to 4 weeks a year (the rest of the time is mainly office based)
· Good computer skills
