Fantastic opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join a highly thought of digital agency specialising in CRM and digital programmes for UK and global clients. Use your solid understanding of digital and CRM programmes to consult and deliver results driven programmes
The Company?
• International Digital/CRM Agency
• Provide Strategic Digital and CRM Programmes for global blue chips Clients in telco, finance, luxury marketing, household, pharma to name but a few
The Role?

• A digital account manager is needed to join the London arm of this international business, to drive projects and programmes for clients and delivering on time and on budget.

• Working across multiple digital communication channels from web and micro sites to eDM and SEM, online advertising

• You will be communicating internationally across the resource centres, - unusual and exciting business model!

• Must be able to think proactively and drive projects anticipating problems, providing solutions .

• Keeping abreast of client and marketing knowledge

• Analysing projects and ensuring deadlines are being met meeting KPIs of client satisfaction and quality of deliverable.

• Working on high profile blue chip clients

• At any time you are managing a range of projects and programmes

• Managing client expectations and looking after client contact.

The Person

• You will have a strong AM background from an agency with a digital and data perspective.

• Must have international outlook and have experience of working across different cultures.

• Confidence with clients essential

• Must be happy dealing with international teams as will be based in London but utilising resources in Asia and elsewhere.

• Experience of working with blue chip accounts
