- DIRECTOR OF MEETING AND EVENTS SALES - BEAUTIFUL NORTH LONDON HOTEL

This beautiful hotel just North of London has recently restructured its events and sales team and is now looking for a director of meeting and events sales.
In this role you will have overall responsibility for managing all departmental costs and ensuring all monies are handled in line with company procedures, you will recruit, train, monitor and discipline staff as well as ensuring effective communication throughout the team, and other relevant departments to ensure appropriate standards are met.
This is a challenging role for a Venue Sales Director to take on and manage a new team. You must have had experience of running a sales team and be able to demonstrate leadership and organizational skills. You must have worked within a venue in a senior sales role and ideally this should be within a 5* hotel!
