PA/TEAM COORDINATOR

A dynamic Media Company looking for a fantastic PA/Team Co-ordinator with a solid background. This is a busy role with lots of responsibility looking after a demanding team.

The role consists of diary management, organizing travel, coordinating meetings, dealing with correspondence, supporting Marketing and PR teams, assisting with the events and general administration for projects.

You will also be required to do some Office Management – looking after new starters, keeping attendance and holiday records and coordinating office moves.

You must be a team-player, extremely organized, intermediate/advanced computer skills, good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
