The Role
• Managing Director to create and implement business strategy
• Build the business into a long term profitable option
• Network and build long term relationships with demanding client basis
• Build the events are both in the private and corporate market
• Buildg vertical business opportunites,
• P&L and Cash responsibility
• Set and implement sales and marketing strategy
• Overcome day to day challenges of occupancy and operations and focus on bigger picture and strategy in order to develop and expand the business and premises.
The Person
• You will be Inspired, dynamic, successful, hungry, strategic, creative?
• Must have proven success of running a business successfully!
• Knowledge of events, venues, photography, fashion
• Someone to take the business forward, run as your own and drive it
• Someone who takes ownership , responsibility
• Experience of starting up and running own company or extensive experience
• Experience of networking and seeking out opportunities
• Strong Marketing knowledge
• Man Management, growing a team
• Knowledge of overseeing operations and administration
• Ability to inspire, create energy
• Budgetary, forecasting and financial accountability
• Seeking both national and international business growth
