Association managing legal events is looking for a Conference Producer to join their team delivering over 200 events a year in UK

COMPANY
-Central London location
-Society founded in 1825
-Events: conferences, dinners, receptions, product launches, awards

ROLE
-Manage legal events from conception to completion
-Work closely with committees to write event briefs
-Prepare, manage and monitor budgets
-Source speakers and develop relationships with contacts
-Brief and manage suppliers
-Implement any sponsor or exhibition agreements

CANDIDATE
-Significant events experience within legal arena
-Strong Research skills
-Excellent negotiator
-Able to liaise and influence people at all levels
-Cope well with pressure
-Strong budget management
-Able to hit the ground running
