Well thought of Charity based in London’s West End is looking for a Fundraising Manager to develop new income streams, maintain their existing relationships and manage ongoing fundraising initiatives.

ROLE
This senior management position within the company reports into the CEO and manages the Fundraising Assistant. At this level, you will also be invited to attend the Executive Board Meetings with the Trustees and present a monthly report on the fundraising activity.
The responsibilities cover all aspects of fundraising activity working with the Events and Communications teams – this role is crucial to the future health and success of this charity.
Key areas include:
Recommend and develop fundraising strategies
Lead on the CRM strategy ensuring relationships with new and existing supporters are optimised
Maintain and develop one to one strategy with key charity patrons
Encourage new ways of connecting with people including new media and marketing strategies to promote fundraising activities
Engage the support of members to volunteer their services for fundraising campaigns
CANDIDATE
Experienced fundraising manager who understands the media industry
Well developed leadership skills with ability to communicate with key stake holders
Strategic thinker with experience developing the organisations income and profitability
Strong budget management
Line management experience
