CSR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – LEADING CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY – London/Midlands/South – £42,000 - £60,000 – plus bonus + car
Are you looking for a role that will allow you to have a fundamental impact on a Worldclass organisation’s CSR Policy and delivery? This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced CSR Development Manager to lead the definition and design of change of their CSR Policy. Must have safety background and knowledge.

The Role:
• To lead the definition and design of change to CSR Policy.
• To work with Specialists and business partners to develop CSR strategy.
• To work with social policy expert to develop policy and strategy
• To deliver research and analysis on CSR practice in other organisations.
• To develop carbon management programme.
• Design and develop safety management system in the area of safety performance measures.
• Run charitable campaigns with partners.
The Person:
• Proven CSR Manager background
• Proven experience of implementing and developing CSR strategy.
• Ideally have level 5 qualification in health and safety management.
• Change management skills.
• Experience of implementing safety performance measures.
• Experience on developing social policy and strategy.
• Understanding of carbon management programmes.
• Experience of working with charity partnerships.
