Top global communications branding agency is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and proven new business manager ideally from an agency background to help drive the new business engine and manage the communications plan for the agency. They’re looking for an exceptional lead generator who has the ability to make things happen!

They’re looking for a proven new business manager who’s a fantastic networker, someone who can be an advocate for their successful brand, someone who’s happy to identify, qualify and generate new business opportunities and manage the new business process.

The Company:

· Well known, highly successful and regarded global design communications agency

· Part of large global network, offices in Middle East, Europe, Latin America and North America.

· Specialise in design and branding.

· Large client list from retail, FMCG, automobile, aviation, travel, corporate and telecommunications.

The Role:

· New Business Manager

· Report directly to Head of Marketing/Business Development – become part of small tight-knit team.

· This role will concentrate on UK market liaising with global offices.

· To help drive the new business engine and manage the communications plan.

· Lead generation.

· Manage pipeline, identify, qualify and generate new business opportunities.

· Handle new business enquires

· Manage pitch and tender process.

· Look after credential files/presentations.

· Plan and caretake new business database.

The Person:

· Degree level or the equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years experience working in new business environment ideally agency.

· Proven background in getting results.

· A great networker – someone who’s keen to represent the company at key events and become an advocate of the brand.

· A confident presenter – capable of presenting company credentials in meetings and pitches.

· Organised, well, presented, motivated, pro-active, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.

· Able to pick up the phone and generate leads!
