Calling all conference producers! Leading commercial conferencing company in central London is looking for top producers to work in their financial sector
COMPANY
-Strong leader in commercial conferencing world
-Central London location
-Joining team of 12 Conference Producers
-Each conference has an associated workshop in UK and Overseas
ROLE
-Research, write and produce business conferences in financial sector
-Manage meetings within specific industry sector with high level personnel to research content and see what the current “hot topics” are
-Research and invite speakers to each event
-Manage all information for speakers and workshop leaders
-Maximisation of event profitability through working closely with sponsorship, marketing and sales teams
-Manage all conference admin plus maintaining website
-Attend each event managing the speakers and workshop leaders
-Networking with delegates to generate new ideas for future events
CANDIDATE
-Proven financial conference producer experience
-Strong commercial acumen with tenacious approach
-Process driven
-Networking experience
-Able to work closely with senior level directors on a one-to-one
