This is a fabulous opportunity to bring your Medical Communications expertise to a leading agency in West London. Managing the team of 4 plus strategic direction, new business development and international event logistics will all play a part in this wonderful role.
COMPANY
-Medical Communications agency in West London
-Offices also in New York and Manchester
-100 people in agency – 60 based in London office
-Strong positioning in this tough market place
ROLE
-Day to day management of team of 4 including managing the workload, recruiting, training and appraisals
-Implementing new processes and procedures
-Supporting account teams with new business development
-Financial forecasting, profitability and planning
-Managing complex event logistics including venue searching, contract negotiations, flight, transport and accommodation booking and onsite management
CANDIDATE
-Strong team management background within medical communications agency
-Highly organised and detail conscious
-UK and international event management experience
-Delegate registration systems and strong Microsoft knowledge
-Prepared to travel and work from home as necessary
