You will be relied upon to provide full support with extensive travel organisation, diary management, dealing with worldwide correspondence, taking minutes, administration support, producing high quality power point presentations and dealing with personal requests.
This is more than a PA position you will be a right hand person getting involved with projects and research. You will need advanced computer skills, excellent communication and written skills, the ability to handle pressure and stay calm in all situations.
