The Role

· Research Director – to join their Health Qual Pharma department

· Senior level role in the company

· Working on leading healthcare and pharma accounts.

· The role is rooted in the development of the client relationships and moving these relationships forward

· Very strategic role – focus is on directing and developing accounts across a number of key clients

· Above and beyond just project management, constantly thinking of new strategic insights and developments for clients

· Manage ongoing client relationships

· Set annual budgets and manage costs

· Produce annual business plan for department

· Write and present large presentations

· Seek out new business opportunities and lead pitches

· Manage a team of 8 people

· Develop and manage team structure

· Join other Research Directors in planning the growth of the agency

· Become the ‘voice’ and ‘representation’ of the consultancy

The Candidate:

· Excellent healthcare market research background

· At least 10 years experience in pharma qualitative market research

· Experience of managing large tracking studies

· International experience a bonus.

· Experience of managing a team

· Proven experience of strategic thinking.

· Proven background of pitching and winning new business

· Excellent client/team relationship skills

· Proven background of managing budgets

· Inspiring and motivational leader
