Job Description
The owner of this prestigious photography studio in West London is looking for a Managing Director to strategically drive their venue forward. You will be developing business plans for a 1 year, 3 year and 5 year period with full P&L responsibility.

Role
- An opportunity to lead the growth of a dynamic venue
- P&L responsibility to the board of Directors
- Providing strategic direction and business plans for the venue
- Managing and growing the team of employees
- Seeking out New Business opportunities

Candidate
- Ideally you will have already run your own company
- Must have experience of implementing and overseeing effective operational systems
- Should have previously managed and developed a venue
- Must have excellent presentational skills
- Must be able to motivate a team, have real passion for the venue and have that “get up and go” quality!
