PROJECT DIRECTOR - LEADING EVENTS AGENCY- Yorkshire
This award-winning agency is looking for a 'big hitter' who can deliver complex live events, and mentor and guide their busy & experienced team as they deliver award winning live events to an enviable client list.

ROLE
- The Project Director is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of all event projects
- Take lead role on all large scale or complex event projects
- Oversee team of Project Managers as they deliver full range of live events
- Ensure development of all team members, mentor, and conduct appraisals
- Lead from the front in terms of exceptional event delivery
- Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest possible standard
- Taking briefs and leading pitches and creative brainstorms
- Responsible for safe, effective and compliant operations, leadership of assigned staff, contractors etc.
CANDIDATE
- Excellent track record in a related senior project delivery role, with proven record in live communication and event solutions
- Proven ability to control large and logistically complicated event projects and budgets (£million +)
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of event delivery, from production, to logistics
- Clear and demonstrable evidence of team leadership and development
- Excellent negotiation and presentations skills
- Strong leadership skills
