PRODUCT MANAGER - LEADING SPORTS TOUR OPERATOR
Job description:
Top opportunity with this leading Sports Travel Agency to work as key member of their Product Team - you'll be working across their exciting range of travel, ticket and hospitality packages to the world's most exciting sporting events. You'll already have excellent Product experience in either Travel, Sports or Events, and be looking to take the next step in our career to join this hands-on industry leading team.

ROLE
- Product Manager working on global sporting events, from Wimbledon to Football World Cup
- Create range of innovative, profitable and 'in-demand' products for sporting events
- Liaise and negotiate with all relevant suppliers (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Create sales price, margins and recommended stock levels
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Ops to ensure smooth running of each product
- Assist Senior Product Manager in all areas of the day to day business, including overseeing team of Product Executives
- Accurately monitor stock inventory of all product elements and inform relevant parties
- Be key player in ensuring company stays as No.1 Sports Tour Operator in Europe
CANDIDATE
- Experienced Product Exec or Manager within sports, events or travel
- Knowledge of global events and travel market
- Experience of creating commercially viable global travel/events packages
- Experience of managing internal and external relationships, particularly suppliers (hotels, flights, transfers)
- Travel or tourism related higher education or vocational qualification
- Experience of identifying and maximising new revenue opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent numerical ability
