TECHNICAL PRODUCTION MANAGER – AGENCY - LONDON

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to bring their technical management skills to this creative live events agency, and work across the full remit of live events - from major outdoor public events to blue chip corporate events.

COMPANY

· Privately owned, medium sized live events agency

· Public events, installations, government clients and blue chips

· Eco aware agency

· Trendy north London offices

ROLE

· Managing and delivering the technical requirements for a range of projects, including conferences, exhibitions and public / outdoor events.

· A key position within the company providing production expertise and innovation

· Develop junior members of the Technical Production Team; mentoring and training junior staff members

· Applying technical solutions to events, scheduling technical aspects during pre-production and on site

· Managing sub-contractors and suppliers

· Briefing and overseeing environmental design (stage sets, exhibition stands etc)

· Budget management, on-site management, development of the team and the agency as a whole

CANDIDATE

· Ability to lead and manage a project team, a passion for events

· Outdoor / public event production experience ESSENTIAL

· Previous experience in the above areas

· Experience of managing all technical aspects of a project from initial brief, through delivery and post-production

· Great communicator, problem solver, ability to build long term relationships

· An eye for detail
