A creative, market leading research agency is looking for an experienced Research Director to join their Healthcare quantitative division. This company is growing rapidly so development opportunities are endless both internationally and nationally…..

The Role

· Research Director

· Leading ad-hoc global medical quantitative projects

· Solving projects with experience, original thinking and insight

· Driving business forward – new products/services/thinking

· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

· Input in to the development and implementation of the business plan

· Providing expertise, leadership and day to day management to an experienced team of specialist market researchers

The Candidate:

· Have at least 7+ years hands-on quantitative research experience, including substantial agency side experience, especially in healthcare

· Looking for an individual with excellent research skills

· Should have an interest in learning about and engaging in healthcare market research

· Experience of managing large tracking studies

· Experience of managing a team
