Leading coaching consulting company working with the UK’s biggest law, accounting, banking and professional services is looking for a New Business Manager who’s client facing, can identify opportunities for growth, can open doors and facilitate leads….

The Role
· Sales and Business Development Manager.
· Responsible for identifying major organisations, key decision makers, analysing their needs, creating the proposals and negotiating the agreements through to completion.
· Responsible for building new and existing client relationships.
· Create tailored ideas that will add value to the clients’ businesses
The Person
· Passionate about making a difference for women and willing to learn and understand current research and issues for women.
· Thrive working from home.
· Experience with executive coaching, leadership development and diversity preferred but not essential
· Be responsible for managing client relationships at senior level.
· Successful background in winning business from existing and new clients
