PA/OFFICE MANAGER – EVENT PRODUCTION COMPANY
Fantastic opportunity for a proactive and switched on PA/Office Manager to join this thriving event production company that do events in fashion, media, conferences and much more!
You will be supporting the MD, managing his diary, booking travel arrangements, answering emails and calls etc. You will also be managing the small office, making sure that supplies are stocked, being the first port of call for enquiries and managing the up-keep of the office. There will also be an opportunity to help out on events when needed but first and foremost this is a support role!
You will have previous experience in a similar role and love being a PA. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and common sense are a must, as is a flexible and enthusiastic attitude!
