OPERATIONS MANAGER – LIVE EVENT AGENCY NEW TO LONDON
A successful live events agency based in Dubai are launching their London office and are looking for an Operations Manager to be the production lead, and set up the processes and systems. Being a start-up you'll have the opportunity to develop the team from the very beginning and you'll financially reap the rewards.

- Established Event Agency based in Dubai.

- Work across the full live event arena - offering design and print, digital marketing, entertainment, event architecture, experiential and field marketing, market insight and research, modelling, personnel, retail services and sponsorship.
ROLE
-Setting up processes, operations and systems for the office and team
-Establish contacts with all production and creative suppliers and managing the relationships going forwards
-Able to work across all areas – writing proposals, pulling diverse projects together and managing resources
- Attend client meetings
CANDIDATE
- Strong events operational background
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexible approach to creative solution finding
- Strong network of contacts within events industry
- Preferably agency background with solid understanding of campaign management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and forward-looking approach
