Sales and Marketing Manager (Top London Restaurant)

One of London’s most prestigious and fashionable restaurants, with a Multi Michelin star chef is looking for a first class Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and manage all advertising, promotion and PR campaigns for the venue.

The Company

· Highly trendy and fashionable Central London restaurant

· Multi Michelin star chef

· Regularly visited by celebrities and sports starts

· A mixed ambience of food, fashion and music


The Role:

· Sales and Marketing Manager at a top venue

· Formulating and managing the marketing strategy for the leading London restaurant

· Working with all external agencies to ensure the correct delivery of the communications and the brand

· Developing and managing all pricing and customer satisfaction strategy

· Managing all budgetary , ROI and profit and loss projections for the venue

· Working with all internal stakeholders such as the events team to ensure the correlation of all communication tools

· CRM control including database management


The Person:

· An experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with broad marketing experience gained from within a similar role at a high end venue

· A passion and understanding for top London venues and lifestyle

· A thorough understanding of integrated marketing strategy including PR, DM and print

· Already has a black book for contacts

· Bringing together Enthusiasm and professionalism to help move this already prestigious venue to the next level
