Leading full service agency based in Berkshire is looking for a Freelance Incentives Manager to have overall strategic and operational responsibility for their UK office projects

ROLE:
-Full responsibility for creation of exceptional incentive events
-Client facing
-Producing and generating innovative ideas
-Brand development
-Production and creation of proposals
CANDIDATE:
-Solid incentives background preferably within pharma sector
-Exceptional business acumen
-Live event production experience
-Ability to deliver a team strategically and operationally
