Subscription Marketing Manager
This is to work on the portfolio wich includes New Media Age, Brand Strategy and Public Private Finance. Need to be a specialist in retention or subscription marketing.
Role:
Provide a central service to Publishers ensuring that all free and paid subscriptions are promoted, fulfilled, distributed and renewed in the most efficient and cost effective way, to agreed objectives and within budget.
Tasks
·Liase with Customer service and Fulfilment departments, the Publisher and the Head of Circulation to develop and monitor a complete customer communications strategy.
·Forecast circulation trends and plan budgets and strategies for the next financial year with the Publisher, and the Head of Circulation and formulate achievable goals.
·Monitor performance against budget forecast and report to the Publisher and the Head of Circulation monthly as part of the circulation report.
·Plan and implement individual promotional campaigns (as agreed with the Publisher) including list research, building and acquisition, creative (concept, design and copywriting), and monitoring and evaluation of results.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
An experienced subscription marketing professional, with strong account management and creative skills.
