AGENTS ASSISTANT – TALENT AGENCY
Established talent agency based in the heart of the West End is looking for an extremely pro-active Assistant to look after their Senior Agent.
They are hugely successful and manage the careers of many high profile actors, presenters and writers.
You will be responsible for managing the agents diary, booking travel, tickets for productions, fielding the agents calls, making suggestions using the Spotlight link, liaising with high profile clients, international and domestic producers, production teams and casting directors and representing the company at industry events.
Ideally you will have PA experience and have some knowledge of the industry. You will need to be unflappable, highly organised and have excellent communication skills. Strong MS Office and attention to detail are a must!
