EVENT MANAGER – LEGAL EVENTS
Association managing legal events is looking for an Event Manager to join their team delivering over 200 events a year in UK
COMPANY
-Central London location
-Society founded in 1825
-Events: conferences, dinners, receptions, product launches, awards
ROLE
-Manage legal events from conception to completion
-Prepare, manage and monitor budgets
-Write briefs for each event
-Source speakers and develop relationships with contacts
-Brief and manage suppliers
-Implement any sponsor or exhibition agreements
CANDIDATE
-Significant events experience preferably within corporate organisation
-Excellent negotiator
-Able to liaise and influence people at all levels
-Cope well with pressure
-Strong budget management
-Able to hit the ground running
