COMPANY
-Experiential Agency
-Consumer lead campaigns
-Open plan offices
ROLE
-Manage all operational elements of campaigns
-Staffing including recruitment, training, development & management
-Managing production requirements
-Logistics of road shows and experiential events
-More behind the scenes than client facing
CANDIDATE
-Strong operational experience within experiential field
-Team management experience including managing field staff
-Strong supplier knowledge
-Leader in the field and in the office
-Self-starter and pro active
-Looking to join small agency and make a mark in the company
