Great opportunity to join Europe’s largest trade association in the communications industry – they’re looking for a Head of Membership to head up their membership recruitment and retention strategies…..

The Company

· Leading trade association in the communications sector
· Protects and promotes the communication industry
· Membership is 850+ organizations from across various sectors

The Role:

· Head of Membership and Research
· To develop and oversee the membership recruitment and retention strategy
· Contribute to the development of the corporate strategy
· Manage recruitment campaign – leading a team in the implementation of targeted marketing
· Develop and set up promotional opportunities through affinity partnership
· Manage the production of regular reports and analysis
· Manage research briefs and research projects

The Person:

· Experienced line manager
· Previous experience of working as a Head of Membership or Head of Subscriptions role
· Degree or the equivalent
· Desirable to have a marketing qualification
· Proven background in developing and implementing sucessful recruitment and retention campaigns
· Strong skills in database management and DM
· Experience of research and promotions
· Numerate, analytical
· Need to be results driven with can do attitude, professional and self motivated.
