Excellent career opportunity to join this leading trade association in the marketing communications arena - looking for an experienced Head of Membership or Subscriptions to bring their expertise to develop their corporate membership.
COMPANY
-Leading trade association, within the marketing communications sector
-HQ in London, and regional offices
-Excellent corporate and agency membership list
ROLE
-Oversee the Associations membership recruitment and retention strategies
-Set and agree annual targets for membership recruitment and retention
-Manage campaign of recruitment activity to increase membership, on a regional basis
-Manage all aspects of administration of the recruitment and retention of members
-Develop affinity partnership and benefits scheme
-Manage topical industry research
-Oversee budgets, and quarterly reporting
CANDIDATE
-Experienced line manager
-Ideally CIM or IDB qualified
-Good public speaking
-Has worked as Head of Membership or Subscriptions
-Experienced in strategy, team building, project management and DM
-Experience of research and promotions desirable
-Numerate, analytical, creative, strong database skills
-Tenacious, creative, approachable, strong levels of drive
