The Role:

· Reporting into the Head of Marketing

· Responsible for SME

· Manage strategic marketing campaigns

· Innovative and tactical planning & implementation

· Above and below the line advertising

· Online and CRM

· Web content and management

· £1 million budget

· Internal & external research

· Brief creative agencies

· Review marketing collateral

· Develop relationships with key tourism partners

The Person:

· Relevant Marketing qualifications

· Experience at senior level

· Knowledge of the tourism industry ideally

· Ability to manage staff

· Genuine interest in hospitality and tourism

· Passionate

· Excellent communication skills external

· Strong written skills

· Digital and on- line knowledge

· Confident, dynamic personality

· Team worker
