NEW BUSINESS MANAGER – EVENTS AGENCY

Leading creative agency is looking to develop their corporate offering and need an exceptional Sales Director to head up this new division and drive its future development and direction....
The Company:
· Leading Experiential Marketing Agency at the forefront of creative event production and creative communications
· Produce conferences, parties, award ceremonies, internal launch events, sales presentations, training seminars, team building initiatives
· Work on high profile brands
· Going for a period of growth
The Role:
· Looking to set up a stand alone corporate division.
· Responsible for initiating contact with new corporate clients.
· Lead sales leads – devise strategy to engage and convert corporate clients into clients.
· Present new business pitches.
· Network at industry selected events.
· Devise and implement internal new business procedures in agency.
· To activate on all new business leads.
· Help with building corporate PR.
· Report and monitor competitors.
· To implement, monitor and review success.
The Person:
· Relevant management experience.
· Proven track record of significant business success in corporate event sector
· Detailed and demonstratable understanding of the corporate event sector.
· Self starter, ambitious person who’s keen to set up and run their own division.
· Relevant and live client contact base within the corporate events world.
· Hands on approach.
· Thorough understanding of the market and its requirements.
· Ability to prepare and present new business presentations.
· Ideally come from a similar background at an agency.
· Proven experience of procurement procedures applications and negotiations.
· Excellent salary, bonus and commission offered.
