VIP HOSPITALITY MANAGER - TICKETING - INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Leading live music event and production company are looking for a multi-talented person with the ability to primarily manage the ticketing process for their corporate hospitality areas at the UK’s top music events. This person must also be someone who has the experience to assist with the delivery of the operations, marketing communications and administration of these huge events. You will be one part of a big integrated operations team!!

The Company

• Leading live music event production and promotion company
  
• Producing the biggest indoor and outdoor events in the UK
  
• Managing events for the biggest global music artists

The Role

• Head of ticketing for all stadium/arena tours and festivals
  
• Reporting sales to the VP of hospitality
  
• Provide all seat allocations to the marketing team
  
• Liaising with the external mailing house to ensure effective delivery solution
  
• Close liaison with the Music department
  
• Responsible for all facets of the VIP business
  
• Integral part of the sales co-ordination process
  
• Input into the on and offline marketing activity for all events
  
• Ensuring the maintenance of all of your affected margins
  
• Proof reading of marketing
  
• Attend all events as required

The Candidate

• Experience of managing the ticketing process at a large capacity event
  
• Very client facing person with bags of customer services experience
  
• Able to deal with high level corporate clients
  
• Exposure to marketing strategy within events
  
• Sales driven mentality
  
• A real team player and a multitasker who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
