CONFERENCE PRODUCER – ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY

Leading association based in Herts is looking for a Conference Producer to join their team and contribute to the sharing of Science, technology and engineering knowledge to its members.

THE COMPANY

• Stevenage location, 20 mins from Kings Cross
  
• Benefits include free lunches, pension and healthcare

THE ROLE

• Identifying hot topics for conference content
  
• Researching and recruiting speakers
  
• Writing and proofing all material for web, email and marketing channels
  
• Liaise with sponsorship and sales teams
  
• Budget management
  
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth running of event
  
• Build up industry knowledge of contacts within sector

THE CANDIDATE

• Interest in Engineering and Technology
  
• Proven research experience preferably in commercial conferencing
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  
• Additional languages would be a bonus
