- THE ROLE
- Will create and implement the sponsorship sales strategy for a portfolio of B2B exhibitions
- Manage a team of sponsorship sales professionals.
- Maximise all revenue opportunities, setting targets to ensure that budgets are met.
- Encourage a culture of business development and use your commercial experience to lead the division to success
- THE CANDIDATE
- Will be of Director level and have sponsorship sales experience for events such as exhibitions, conferences or awards.
- Must have strong strategy experience and a proven track record of successfully leading a division to hit targets.
- You are proud of your leadership skills, leading by example and selling alongside you team.
