One of Europe’s largest independent medical agencies based in West London is looking for a strong Event Manager to join small event team

THE COMPANY

• Work with blue-chip pharma clients
  
• Offices in London, New York and Manchester
  
• They manage global communication programmes

THE ROLE

• Client management and relationship building
  
• Events include: advisory board meetings, congresses, symposiums
  
• Sourcing and managing venues
  
• Negotiating contracts
  
• Managing event budgets

THE CANDIDATE

• Ideally pharma events experience within medical comms agency
  
• Strong events logistics professional
  
• International and national event experience
  
• Strong client management experience
  
• Possibly already managing a team as this role may need this experience
