CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - INVESTMENT BANKING

The Investment Banking Division of a large global bank is looking for experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Director (Director) to develop, implement, drive and manage the banks global CSR programme.

The Company:

• Investment Banking Division
  
• Part of Large Global Banking network
  
• Provides large corporates and governments with solutions to deliver their financial and risk management needs.
  
• Offices in 29 countries
  
• This role works closely with the Charities Committee
  
• Sits within Corporate Communications team

The Role:

• In conjunction with global charities committee develop, implement and drive the CSR global programme.
  
• Works with each region to identify their key community activity objectives
  
• Agree implementation and strategy plan
  
• Work with business mangers across EMEA, US and Asia to determine their charitable giving requirements
  
• Identify and manage relationships with key charitable organisations
  
• Develop volunteering programmes

The Person:

• Degree or the equivalent
  
• Experience of working implanting and developing CSR programmes in financial or professional services.
  
• Experience of senior-level policy work ideally in an international environment
  
• Knowledge of charitable sector
  
• Understand development policies of major governments and agencies
  
• Experience of interacting with a culturally diverse employee base.
