DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR – SINGAPORE

• Global commercial conferencing leaders based in Singapore are looking for two Divisional Directors to manage their Finance and Oil & Gas sectors
• You will be at the forefront of the company, specialising in business research and project management. You will be responsible for finalising the budgets, forecasting, creating new and innovative business processes as well as overseeing the sponsorship, marketing and sales teams for each event.
• Driving the business forwards and increasing profitability will all be part and parcel as well as developing the team – managing all staff issues, conducting appraisals, training, development and recruitment.
• With a proven success in the conference producing field you will be able to generate topics and verify your own product portfolio. Assimilating complex information quickly you will have excellent communication skills and be able to sell original ideas.
• You will have strong time management skills, be entrepreneurial with a creative flair and excellent people management skills.
