- The Role:
- Managing and maintaining important client relationships
- Ensure schedules and budgets are met
- Working with clients in the charity and education sector
- Managing Account Executive(s)
- Brief campaigns and projects, meeting expectations
- Provide top class account management
- Aid and advise clients on solving problems
- Liaise with suppliers on behalf of clients
- Communication clients needs to rest of the agency
- Gaining a full understanding of the brand/market/competition
- Print buying and management
- Working to budget – drafting estimates and invoices
- Updating brand books
- Running artwork
- Analyzing data and producing annual review
- Mastering the ability to write and input creative briefs
- Profit forecasting
- Strategic thought processes
- The Person:
- Relevant Account Management experience ideally within an agency
- Excellent communication skills – internal and external
- Strong written skills
- Confident, dynamic, positive personality
- First rate organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
