The Role?

• Internal communications manager to work within commercial banking division
  
• To develop, maintain and execute communication plans
  
• Delivering high quality communications across a range of channels.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  
• Sourcing news content for up to date information for employee communications such as the intranet and staff newsletter.

The Candidate?

• Internal Communications Experience Essential
  
• Strong change management background needed.
  
• Must be able to own and run projects
  
• Excellent writing, editorial and proofing skills
  
• Creative approach to communications and strong attention to detail
  
• Negotiating and influencing skills
  
• Strong judgement and analytical skills
